Ooh! I know exactly where that is! It's on 18th and 3rd street smack dab in the Dogpatch. I've driven past on my delivery routes a few times but I never had the chance to stop for pictures.

I'm pretty sure you're exactly right! Can't remember but i was in dogpatch for their bouldering gym. Then we walked to goat hill pizza.
